Planning Lawyer

A local authority based in London is seeking a Planning & Regeneration Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Planning & Regeneration Lawyer will be required to carry a full and complex caseload.

You will be required to have experience in the following areas:

  • Planning & regeneration,
  • Highways,
  • Environmental issues,
  • S106 planning agreements,
  • Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL),
  • Planning inquiries,
  • Planning committees,
  • Environmental impact assessments,
  • Enforcement powers,
  • Defending judicial reviews,
  • Compulsory Purchase Areas.

Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.

This is a hybrid working role.

Candidates must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
