A local authority based in London is seeking a Planning & Regeneration Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Planning & Regeneration Lawyer will be required to carry a full and complex caseload.
You will be required to have experience in the following areas:
- Planning & regeneration,
- Highways,
- Environmental issues,
- S106 planning agreements,
- Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL),
- Planning inquiries,
- Planning committees,
- Environmental impact assessments,
- Enforcement powers,
- Defending judicial reviews,
- Compulsory Purchase Areas.
Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid working role.
Candidates must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
