After completing four years at the University of Essex studying the LLB and LLM, Zoe went on to complete the LPC before deciding to move away from the Law and embark on a career in recruitment.

Zoe joined LAW Absolute initially to specialise in the placement of lawyers and paralegals on a temporary basis within the Public Sector. LAW Absolute was the first agency in the market to specialise exclusively in interim legal recruitment. Zoe developed her expertise in this market learning to offer clients an excellent level of service in line with their budgetary constraints. Her knowledge and understanding of both this sector is exceptional. As one of the longest standing recruiters of lawyers in to the Public Sector, Zoe developed LAW Absolute’s Local Government team further and under her management the business now has over hundreds of lawyers and paralegals working within the public sector throughout England and Wales. Today we are the market leader in this field.

Zoe’s remit expanded in 2018 when she was promoted to Managing Director. She now looks after our high volume temporary business across the Public Sector and In-House teams.

Her expertise with high volume temporary recruitment has helped LAW Absolute to become one of the leading interim teams in the country.

Zoe is also responsible for the training and development of new consultants across the business.
