Employment Lawyer

A local authority based in London is seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial three-month contract.

The successful Employment Lawyer will be required to handle a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will advise on matters such as disciplinary matters, grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, equality, equal pay, redundancy, whistleblowing, and TUPE issues. You will also draft employment contracts and policies procedures and settlement agreements.

Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous. This is a hybrid working role. You must have a current practising certificate.

The client is looking to pay between £25-45 per hour DOE.
