A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for three months initially.
The council are ideally seeking a 2–5-year PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to undertake a caseload of mainly landlord and tenant matters and other local authority property advice and transactions.
Local government experience is preferred but not essential. This is a hybrid working role with 1 day per week at the council offices. This is a 36-hour week contract.
