A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to advise on the following:
- Commercial leases,
- Secure and non-secure residential tenancies,
- Complex leasehold arrangements,
- Deeds of variation,
- Licences to assign,
- Rent deposits,
- Acquisitions.It is essential you have previous commercial property experience and have carried a complex caseload. Local government experience is highly advantageous. You must have a current practising certificate to be considered for the role.
This is a hybrid working role so you must be able to attend the council offices. Due to the urgent nature of the role, you must be available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
