A local authority based in London is seeking a Childcare Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload of complex care proceedings and some PLO matters. You will advise on adoption, judicial review applications, contact, supervision orders, emergency protection, secure accommodation, special guardianship, and discharge of care order applications. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
Candidates must have a current practising certificate. This is a hybrid working role.
Pay rate is between £35-55 per hour DOE.
