A local authority based in London is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months. This is a hybrid working role.
Adults Lawyers in the team advise on the following: vulnerable adults, court of protection, deprivation of liberty, mental health, ordinary residence, and judicial review matters.
It is essential that candidates applying for the role have experience in all the areas mentioned above. The client will be looking to see a previous track record of providing advice in this area. You must have a current practising certificate to apply for this role.
Pay rate is between £40-55 per hour DOE.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
