We are partnering with an Investment Fund to hire a Senior Paralegal to work directly alongside the General Counsel in a dynamic and high-performing legal function.
This is a permanent position offering exposure across:
- Funds
- Corporate Law
- KYC/Compliance
- Indirect and Corporate Real Estate
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting on fund structuring, launches, and investor documentation
- Assisting with corporate governance, board support, and entity management
- Managing KYC processes and liaising with external advisors
- Engaging in indirect real estate transaction support and due diligence
Requirements:
- Experienced paralegal (ideally 2+ years) with exposure to funds, corporate, or real estate law from a law firm or in-house
- Strong organisational and drafting skills
- Confident working autonomously and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- Preferably available to start by mid to late summer
