A top-20 dynamic city firm is seeking a 4+ PQE Corporate (Private Equity) Associate to join its growing, top-ranked private equity team. You will have the opportunity to act for private equity sponsors on a range of mid-market and upper mid-market deals, management advisory work, and bolt-on acquisitions for private equity-backed portfolio companies.
The private equity team advises institutional investors and management teams on various aspects of private equity, including buy-outs, exits, and portfolio company M&A. Additionally, they actively engage with investment/venture businesses on behalf of several industry clients with a particular sector focus on Energy & Renewables, Health & Care & Life Sciences, and have sectoral and international expertise attracting work of the highest quality.
