An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a leading City firm in its highly regarded Private Client team. The team provides trust and tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, trustees (both onshore and offshore), executors, personal representatives, and Court of Protection Deputies. They also offer specialised advice to safeguard the interests of individuals lacking mental capacity. Their expertise encompasses comprehensive UK tax planning, including lifetime tax planning, tax-efficient will structuring, and post-death tax strategies. Their client base includes UK residents, non-UK domiciliaries with UK ties, and individuals with UK-based assets or family interests.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales, or in a common law jurisdiction, with experience working in the UK.
- At least 1 year PQE in a recognised Private Client practice.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
