LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a large public sector organisation which has grown rapidly in the last 12 months. Its purpose is to provide procurement and logistics services to many other organisations across England and Wales in order to help them reduce costs.
They are seeking to recruit 3 new legal advisors, who are UK-qualified and have minimum 2-3 years’ PQE to join them on a permanent basis, due to increased volume of work. It is essential that you have experience working in procurement, and knowledge of The Procurement Act. It would be desirable if you have experience working in a healthcare setting.
You must be either a UK-qualified solicitor, admitted to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, or a UK-qualified chartered legal executive, admitted to the CILEX practitioners directory.
The role will be hybrid, with 1 or 2 days per week expected in the office. They have various office locations which you can work out of including London, Nottingham, Leeds, and Sheffield. Their Head Office is in Nottingham, and it is essential that you would be able to travel to Nottingham a few times per year for meetings.
The salary starts at £55,420 per annum and will rise via spine points, dependent on yearly and half-yearly performance reviews, to a maximum of £65,200 per annum.
