Construction Associate
This excellent full service commercial law firm which sits in the Top 30 in London, is offering a new opportunity for a non-contentious Construction Lawyer to join its growing practice.
The team is looking for a Construction Lawyer with upwards of 2 years’ PQE gained in non-contentious construction, strong familiarity with the standard documents (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and exposure to varied work. The practice offers the scope to work on development, corporate occupier projects, energy and investment work. Projects are domestic and international, ongoing work in the Middle East and India.
The role will be a perfect move for an ambitious Construction lawyer who currently sits in a large team and would like increased variety, super close access to lead partners and a strategic role in a growing (Directory ranked) practice. It could equally appeal to a lawyer currently at a smaller firm in or out of London who is ambitious to make the move to a larger global firm in the City.
Candidates must be able to think commercially, enjoy business development, and enjoy client interaction. They will be deeply involved with other teams at the firm, particularly Real Estate and Disputes so flair for internal networking will be helpful!
