The team provides legal advice regarding commercial agreements and relationships that are central to businesses’ trading activities and strategic plans. Their clients include UK and international multinationals, household names, small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and trade associations. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a lawyer seeking to broaden their experience across diverse practice areas, with a particular focus on fashion and technology. It also provides the chance to specialise in commercial law while gaining exposure to intellectual property law, public law, competition law, consumer law, and privacy law.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales, or in a common law jurisdiction, with experience working in the UK.
- At least 3 years’ PQE in a recognised commercial practice.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
