We are working with a Local Authority in the Yorkshire Region looking for an experienced Adult Social Care Locum Lawyer to join their busy department for a sick leave cover of an initial 3-month period.
The successful candidate must be UK qualified and have upwards of 12 months’ experience dealing with the following:
- Community Care, Court of Protection, Judicial Review, NRPF, Ordinary Residence and Mental Health/Capacity issues Advocacy experience is essential
Pay rate is between £40-50 per hour.
The local authority offers a flexible working model. Previous adults social care legal experience in a local authority is essential.
The local authority is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are looking to speak to candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
