Sarah is one of the Founding Directors of LAW Absolute.
After spending over a decade with two global recruitment companies, establishing and running their legal interim businesses, she launched LAW Absolute in 2003 with Victoria Wright and Antonia Klein.
Initially set up to specialise in interim legal recruitment, its specialisation enabled LAW Absolute to become the market leader in this field.
Sarah’s vision was to create a truly specialist legal recruitment business which would provide the most efficient, reliable and effective service in the industry. Her strategy and approach has always been focussed around attracting the most talented consultants in the market and to offer the best training, development and working environment in order to retain them.
