Summer Treat


With more than just a handful of “Foodies” amongst us, we recently ventured out to Regent’s Park to “Taste of London" where some of the city’s best restaurants offer little tasters of their dishes.

The British summer had a pleasant surprise in store – sunshine and a light breeze made for the perfect weather to explore everything the food festival had to offer. We started the afternoon with some fizz, tickling our taste buds, before finally heading off to try the delicious treats and drinks: Kobe beef burger with foie gras, truffle and Peruvian potato from SUSHISAMBA, South African biltong and cider, Ember Yard’s braised pigs’ cheeks with dry cider or what turned out to be one of the business’ favourites: sparkling coconut water with premium vodka and lobster mac & cheese from Bluebird Chelsea.

Everyone had a really good time and those of us who picked up their Taste cookbook will have the fanciest lunches from now on.
