In our first decade, LAW Absolute has achieved a premier place in the legal recruitment market.

Our vision in 2003, was to build a specialist business which would offer an unparalleled service and become the legal recruitment agency of choice for lawyers throughout the UK. 10 years on, we are delighted and immensely proud of LAW Absolute which now places over 500 lawyers a year across all sectors. 

Each of LAW Absolute's consultants (23 at the time of writing this) has been hand-picked for his/her skills, experience, integrity and talent. Over half of the team has over five years experience in legal recruitment and a third were formerly lawyers. But perhaps more importantly, everyone at LAW Absolute shares a sense of purpose, commitment and fierce ambition to be indisputably the best.

The candidates and clients with whom we work receive a consistency of service from people who have built up a meaningful knowledge and understanding of them, frequently over a period of years. This places us in the strongest position to deliver efficient and swift results. 

LAW Absolute has always been all about specialism and expertise. Initially, our exclusive focus was placing lawyers into interim positions. Gradually, we built and grew successful teams dedicated to the paralegal and document review market. When we became a market leader for temporary recruitment, we built a permanent division which now places lawyers into permanent roles throughout all sectors and nationwide.

So, looking forward, naturally, LAW Absolute will continue to work hard to maintain our reputation for consummate professionalism, integrity and delivery.
