A hospital in Central London is looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister to join them ASAP, on a permanent basis, to provide support with the following responsibilities:
- Advising on consent, parental responsibility, and deprivation of liberty orders
- Attending and advising on inquests
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Litigation (including running your own cases)
Knowledge of Children’s Public Law and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 would be ideal for this role.
The role will be full-time (37.5 hours per week) and will be hybrid (2 days per week in the office).
The band of pay for this role is £55,903 per annum – £61,996 per annum.
