An independent complaint handling body are looking for a Solicitor to join their in house legal team to advise on a range of legal matters as well as conduct litigation and progress cases.
You should have experience of running a litigated caseload, which should include cases from pre-action stage to conclusion of proceedings. You should have a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), Judicial Reviews and experience of providing legal advise at various stages throughout the litigation process. Candidate will have around three years experience, ideally having worked within the public sector. Experience of clinical negligence, employment law and/or commercial law is desirable.
On offer is a competitive salary, civil service pension scheme, hybrid and flexible working. Employees are required to attend the office two days a week. This office is based in London or Manchester. Candidates based out of London should expect to travel to Manchester on occasion.
