Immediate requirement : A renowned US Bank is seeking a senior lawyer with a background in Capital markets, Wealth Management and Finical Services to join their team on a temporary basis. This interim engagement is expected to last for 12 months.
Hybrid working model, central London.
The role:
- Assessing proposals related to wealth capital markets
- Reviewing current regulatory frameworks, and monitoring upcoming regulatory changes relating to Wealth
- Advising on cross border licensing relating to capital market products
- Supporting matters related to derivates trading (including structured products)
- Working closely with senior lawyers and key stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
- 10 years PQE +
- Knowledge of Private wealth management, securities trading, and structured products.
- Previous experience working for a multinational bank or Law firm
- An effective communicator who can work well as part of a team
- US Regulatory experience related to financial services would be beneficial
