We have been instructed by an elite City firm on an Employment Senior Associate-6-Month Fixed Term Contract. The contract length may be extended.
The Employment team is widely regarded as a leading practice and their expertise covers the full employment gamut including non-contentious, contentious and transactional employment matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional focus.
The successful applicant will have a broad range of employment experience, covering non-contentious, contentious and transactional matters.
Typical caseload will include:
- General employment advisory work;
- Employment Tribunal/High Court litigation (including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal;
- TUPE advice in connection with corporate transactions
The successful candidate will likely have upwards of 5 years’ PQE gained at a leading City or international firm, with a financial services sector focus.
This firm operates on a hybrid working model.
