Our client is an international law firm looking to hire a senior Employment Lawyer to its in-house legal team. This is a new role and will sit closely with the firm’s General Counsel and HR Director to provide the firm with strong Employment law support. Specifically, the successful candidate will work on employment contracts and agreements, support investigations and manage employment claims, provide advice on immigration, mobility and compliance and provide cross border advice. Candidates must have at least 8 years’ post qualified experience in Employment law. They will have high quality respondent experience and may currently be a fee-earner in a well-regarded Employment practice or already in-house. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an elite US headquartered law firm in its dynamic London office. Already very well established in London it is on a growth trajectory and requires strong employment law support. It is a newly created role so a great opening for an ambitious Employment lawyer keen to play and shape a strategic role in a growing team.
