Senior Complex Patient Lawyer

A role has become available for a healthcare lawyer with Court of Protection experience, working within an experienced, friendly and growing team.

You will be working for a large Government Department, and the duties of the role include managing Court of Protection proceedings, giving general healthcare, inquest, and mental health legal advice, and undertaking advocacy when necessary.

The role is full-time and permanent, and mostly remote. The team meet in person once every couple of months in one of their South Wales offices (Cardiff, Newport or Swansea) so you must be able to facilitate this.

The role pays at £56,164 per annum, and will rise to £65,262 per annum.

You must be a qualified solicitor, and on the roll of solicitors for England and Wales.
