A large London University is looking for two senior casework officer to begin working as soon as possible. One role is being offered until August 2022, and the other will end on 31 December 2022.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complaints, appeals and mis-conduct cases. You will respond to enquiries, conduct preliminary investigations and provide regulatory advice to other staff on relevant policies and procedures.
Experience of ensuring compliance with policy and procedure is essential, as is experience providing advice on regulatory matters. You will need to have experience relating to complaints, academic appeals and student conduct. The hiring manager is looking for candidates with a first class degree and, ideally, prior knowledge of SITS.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, with 2 days required on-site in London (Wednesdays and Thursdays – the days are set and non-negotiable), and the other 3 days working from home.
The pay rate is £19.32 – £25.31 per hour.
