An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate to join a well-known US firm in its highly ranked Property Finance practice. The team advises on the financing of international real estate assets and operational real estate assets (such as hotels, senior living, and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending, representing UK, European, and US financial institutions, insurers, and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Be between 3-5 years PQE within a leading Property Finance team.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
