A local authority based in South London is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be required to have previous experience in the following areas:
- Benefit fraud
- Fly tipping
- Health & Safety
- Food hygiene
- Licensing
- Planning contraventions
- Enviro-crime
- Council tax fraud
Candidates will also be required to attend court for hearings. You must have a current practising to be considered for the role. Previous local government experience is highly advantageous.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than two weeks’ notice. Remote working is available but there will be the requirement to attend court.
