An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pursuits Executive to join a high-performing pursuits team where you will be reporting to the Senior Pursuits Manager in Bristol. The role plays a key part in supporting the bid processes, improving success rates, and supporting teams across the business in delivering winning proposals.
You will coordinate and manage pursuits from start to finish — tracking opportunities, preparing documentation, supporting client presentations, and ensuring submissions are delivered to the highest standard. Working closely with business development and subject matter experts, you’ll help shape compelling proposals and maintain consistency across all client-facing materials.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong communication and project management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
