We are working with a highly reputable Local Authority in the Kent region looking for a Planning Paralegal to join their busy department on an interim basis.
The successful candidate must have upwards of 6 months’ experience in:
- Planning law matters in a local authority
Responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and drafting section 106 agreements and conditions
- Advising, drafting and issuing of enforcement notices and other remedies for breach of planning control
Pay rate is between £16-25 per hour.
The council offer a hybrid working environment. This is a full-time position.
The local authority is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are looking to speak to candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice. Previous planning legal experience is essential.
