An elite US law firm is seeking a Pitch Manager to establish and run their pitch function within the Europe business development team. This role will shape how the firm approaches pitches and proposals, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop effective strategies, deliver high-quality submissions and strengthen processes that support growth across all practice areas.
The Pitch Manager will oversee the end-to-end pitch process, lead high-profile proposals and panel submissions, create tailored and persuasive pitch content, maintain a strong library of materials and track activity to provide insights on performance and market trends. The role requires close collaboration with research teams, partners and business development colleagues to ensure pitches are aligned with firm priorities and consistently reflect best practice.
Candidates should worked in a similar role within another law firm, particularly supporting transactional practices. Strong communication skills, project management capability, sound judgment, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders are essential. A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also key.
