A city law firm is looking to recruit a Bid Manager to head up the strategic pitch function alongside an Bid Executive who will report to you. Reporting to the Head of BD you will be instrumental in running a successful bids function from London.

Highlights
- Lead tenders from initial opportunity through to drafting, submission, post submission feedback, and reporting.
- Understand all elements of a quality submission and ensure responses correctly and fully address.
- Identify individual evaluation criteria for each tender and explain this to key stakeholders, particularly concerning pricing.
- Design compelling presentations and prepare key staff for interviews.
- Produce tender analysis and report on themes from client feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date bid library.
About you
- Working at Bid Manager level already.
- Experience of the bid/tender process from start to finish.
- Have worked in professional services – ideally legal.
