Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

A leading global law firm is seeking a Marketing & BD Coordinator to join its London office. This role sits within the central marketing team and supports a wide range of office, regional and firmwide initiatives.

The Coordinator will play an active role in planning and delivering client events, developing targeted invitation lists, and coordinating both pre-event planning and post-event analysis. The role also involves creating and reviewing lawyer biographies, drafting internal and external communications, producing regional announcements, and contributing content for digital channels. The Coordinator will help identify speaking and credential-building opportunities for lawyers, support diversity and inclusion-focused marketing initiatives, and work closely with creative, business development and administrative teams to produce high-quality materials.

Success in this role requires strong writing skills, excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in marketing, business development or event coordination, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
