Litigation Lawyer

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Litigation Lawyer for an initial three-month period.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You will have experience in the following areas:

  • Homelessness
  • Prosecutions
  • Licensing
  • Judicial review
  • Education
  • Litigation
  • No recourse to public funds

You must be able to not only manage a busy caseload but also undertake contentious proceedings.

The local authority offers remote working and is seeking candidates available to start on short notice.

The pay rate for the role is between £25-40 per hour.

Candidates must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, CILEX and have a current practising certificate.
