Legal Counsel- Employment

An established children’s charity are looking for a Legal counsel with a specialism in employment law to join their legal team, based in London.

As the Legal Counsel (Employment) you will be responsible for supporting the charity by leading on the delivery of employment law advice. You will provide subject matter expertise and legal support, with a focus on issues relating to employees, volunteers and contractors.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Previous experience of employment law, including  employment litigation, preparing and handling employment tribunal cases, TUPE and strategic advice, is essential to the role. Previous experience of working within the charity sector is desirable.
