A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a large in-house legal services team, working for a company that specialises in the management of Higher Education providers.
The role is full-time and permanent; the salary is £90,000 per annum.
You will lead on corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures, as well as commercial matters including reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
To secure this role, you will have completed your training contract at a large city or nationally recognised firm, and have at least 2 years of practical experience in private practice before moving in house.
The role is primarily home-based/remote working, although you will be asked to attend a few ad hoc days per month in the office in Central London- so you must live in England, preferably in or near London.
