LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of an asset manager, looking to recruit a senior lawyer on an interim basis for six months.
The role will work as part of the small London team and counterparts in the US and will be to undertake private equity work for investments in private companies and any related agreements and transactional documents. It is a highly commercial role that works closely with the business, so working daily with stakeholders and the ability to build relationships quickly, is a key component.
As the role will be to work autonomously, candidates must be England & Wales qualified, and have upwards of 8 years post-qualification experience. A background in asset management and any exposure to fixed income is preferred, but crucially, as well as the qualification requirements, candidates must have a strong transactional and advisory private equity background.
