The successful candidate will work in a small, high performing Tax team to provide advice to public and private companies on an international basis, on employee and management incentives and executive remuneration. The exciting and varied work will include support on M&A, restructuring and public offerings across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate must have upwards of 1PQE in tax and incentives in a global law firm and highly regarded incentives team. An outstanding academic record and proven ability to complex problem solve is vital.
