A local authority based in London is seeking a Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload consisting of disrepair, nuisance, ASB, homelessness, possession proceedings, debt recovery and insolvency procedures alongside attendance at court/tribunal. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid working role. You will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
This is an initial 6-month placement.
Pay rate is £35.01 PAYE or £46.87 umbrella.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available to start on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
