Employment Law Associate 5+ PQE

LAW Absolute is working with a Global law firm whose market leading employment practice is looking for an associate to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.

Your responsibilities will include managing tribunal and investigation cases, advisory and corporate support including heavy involvement in DD, collective redundancies TUPE and consultation processes, drafting and reviewing employment contracts,  employee handbooks, remuneration and SMCR  issues .

Due to the nature of the responsibilities involved in this role and the requirement to undertake these tasks with little supervision, you will have at least 5 years PQE+ gained with a reputable leading employment team or global law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an accomplished global practice on an interim basis and work with leading practitioners in the field.
