Education Lawyer

A local authority based in London is seeking an Education Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Education Lawyer will be required to have previous experience in education law including conduct of SEN Tribunals and advising on matters such as exclusions, admissions, governance, and school transport.

Previous local government experience is essential for this role. Candidates must have an active practising certificate.

This is a hybrid working role and therefore candidates must be able to attend the office on a weekly basis.

The pay rate is between £28-50 per hour DOE.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available on no more than 3 weeks’ notice.
