Law Absolute is currently working with an Elite US law firm whose Data Protection, Privacy, Cyber Team have a new opportunity for an experienced Data protection lawyer with contentious and non-contentious experience to joint hem on a 12-month FTC to cover a maternity leave.
The work undertaken by the team involves supporting FS and PE clients on both contentious and non-contentious advice relating to data protection, privacy and cyber work. Experience in GDPR, e privacy directives, cybersecurity and data privacy ( EU and UK) would be ideal. The team work on drafting and reviewing contractual documents for their clients as well as advising on litigation matters. You will therefore have substantive experience of advising clients on UK and cross border privacy and cyber security matters relating to big tech and artificial intelligence.
