Silver circle international law firm currently has a Corporate M&A secondment opportunity with their client, a leading credit management group.
You will have experience in private practice or inhouse working on a range of corporate deals. This will include supporting a team on managing pre completion steps on sale, sorting out legal and regulatory approvals, service agreements, SCA clearance issues and more.
The position is offered on a hybrid working basis of 2 to 3 days in the office in London or their offices in Manchester. There may also be scope for remote working with a few days per month working in the office.
Ultimately the role will require you to be an organised and efficient corporate lawyer, keen to continue your career development in this area.
The position is due to start in the next 2-3 weeks.
