A new opportunity has become available for a qualified corporate and commercial solicitor who is looking for their next workplace ‘home’.
You will be joining a long-established high street firm based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. They pride themselves on serving the local community and are looking to appoint someone who will join them in providing excellent client care. The current team work on a hybrid basis, so you must live local/be willing to commute to this area.
The salary for the role is negotiable, dependent on experience, and they would ideally like to appoint a full-time solicitor, although part-time would be considered for the right person. They are looking for significant experience dealing with the following matters: commercial contracts and agreements, corporate business mergers and acquisitions, data protection and GDPR, intellectual property.
Please note you must be a qualified solicitor to apply for this role, ideally qualified in England and Wales and registered on the SRA.
