A large foundation trust in South West London is looking for a corporate affairs administrator, who can double up as an executive assistant when necessary.
You will be required to have demonstrable previous experience of providing administrative support to a large, public sector body, ideally with previous experience providing 1:1 executive support to a Managing Director, or CEO too.
You will have excellent scheduling/diary management skills, and the ability to on-board new starters. You will also need to enjoy problem solving.
This role is being offered on a temporary basis initially (for minimum 3 months – likely to last until at least December 2022). There will be an opportunity to apply for the permanent position, which will be advertised later in the year.
It is a full-time role, and is hybrid, with 3-4 days on site, in South West London. The working hours are 9am-5pm, but there is potential to discuss flexi time with your line manager.
The potential salary band would equate to £25,655 (minimum) – £39,027 (maximum) per annum, dependent on experience.
