We are working with a leading International Law Firm whose Tier 1 ranked Civil Fraud team has an urgent requirement for an experienced civil litigation lawyer with civil fraud experience who is available to join them on a 6 month FTC starting asap.
The role has come about due to an increase in workload and a continued motivation to grow.
The position requires the individual to work on a diverse range of UK and International fraud work. This includes working on complex freezing orders as well as other interim injunctions, asset tracing, asset recovery, enforcements involving cross border complex high court, court of appeal and arbitral hearings.
The team represent a diverse range of companies based in the UK and Internationally as well as insolvency practitioners and other individuals on civil fraud claims and defendant matters.
