A local authority based in Berkshire is seeking a Childcare Lawyer for an initial three months’ period.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to carry a caseload of PLO cases and cases in proceedings. Advocacy experience would be desirable. Previous local authority experience would be advantageous.
Candidates must hold a current practising certificate.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
