A local authority based in Bedfordshire is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for three months initially. This is a temp role to start as soon as possible.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to have experience in the following areas:
- No recourse to public funds
- Ordinary residence
- Court of protection
- Mental capacity
- Human rights assessments
- Judicial review
Previous experience working in the public sector would be highly advantageous. Candidates must have a current practising certificate to be considered for the role.
The pay rate on offer for the role is between £35-55 per hour.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
