Adult Social Care Lawyer

The Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to cover a variety of work including but not limited to the following:

Court of Protection, ordinary residence, mental health queries, Care Act duties, general financial matters, some policy and procedures work.

Ideally the client is seeking someone able to undertake a hybrid role, with preference given to those who can attend the office and provide supervision to more junior members of the team.

The local authority will consider fully remote for exceptional candidates. You must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.

They are looking for someone to start ASAP. The role is for 37 hours per week.
