Adult Social Care Lawyer

A local authority based in London is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months. This role is pending permanent recruitment.

As a qualified Lawyer in Adult Social Care, you will deal with a wide range of adult social care and community care matters, including but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, and Section 16, the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983, and use of the inherent jurisdiction. 

Our client is seeking an adult social care lawyer with local authority experience and a current practising certificate.

This is hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office and attendance at Court to support clients if required. The role is 36 hours per week, £55 umbrella and is to start ASAP.
