LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in South London who are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to advise on the full range of adult social matters, to include:
- Ordinary Residence
- Court of Protection
- Mental Capacity
- No Recourse to Public Funds
The local authority is seeking Adult Social Care Lawyers able to work on a hybrid basis.
Previous local government experience is advantageous. Candidates must have a current practising certificate.
