A Top 50 leading city practice is looking for an experienced construction lawyer on an initial contract basis for 3-6 months starting asap to assist their construction and property team.
The role will involve supporting the team on both contentious and non-contentious matters however if you have a leaning towards either of these then you will also be considered.
The team works with a range of clients in development and real estate, contractors and subcontractors, infrastructure and engineering and support them on a diverse range of disputes including litigation, arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations. In addition to this the team also work on a range of advisory and contract issues including warranties, JCT, NEC and other construction related contracts, guarantees and appointments.
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading practice in this area and to support them on a range of construction matters.
